国医大师张学文诊疗咽喉病经验探析

摘　　要：介绍张学文教授辨治咽喉疾病的经验。将咽喉疾病分为外邪侵袭型、痰气交结型、肺肾阴虚型、脾胃热盛型、脾虚浮火上炎于咽型,以疏风清热、解毒利咽,理气解郁、化痰利咽,滋养阴液、润燥利咽,清泄热毒、利咽消肿,健脾益气、清火利咽为主要治法,灵活配伍,随证应用。This paper introduces professor Zhang＇s experience in treating the throat disease. Professor Zhang identifies this disease as five types which include external evil invasion,phlegm-qi knot,yin deficiency of lung and kidney,spleen-stomach overheat,and deficiency-fire flaming upward due to spleen deficiency.The main treatment methods for throat diseases are provided as disparsing wind and clearing heat,removing toxin and easing the throat,regulating qi and relieving depression,resolving phlegm and easing the throat,nourishing yin-fluid and moistening dryness,clearing heat toxin,easing the throat to reduce swelling,invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,clearing fire to ease the throat. These are flexibly combined and applied with syndromes.
