摘 要:针对城镇内涝问题,以陕西省汉中市某镇为例,利用芝加哥降雨过程线合成了该地区的典型降雨过程线;利用SWMM模型系统,对子汇水区域进行划分、管网概化以及参数确定,建立了该区的雨洪模型;设计LID调控方案,分别对1、3、5和10a重现期的雨洪过程进行模拟,结果表明:采用透水砖以及下凹式绿地的方式改变下垫面,可以有效削减降雨峰值流量;相同面积的下凹式绿地,布置在下游与布置在上游对雨峰流量的削减率基本相同,但布置在下游能延缓雨峰到来时间。Questions such as the urban water accumulation caused by urban waterlogging have influenced the people's normal life .A township in Hanzhong City ,Shaanxi Province is used as an example ,the designed rainfall process is defined on the basis of analyzing typical rainfall process by Chicago Rainfall Line .SWM M model system is adopted to divide sub-catchment area ,generalize pipeline networks and streamline parameters to establish the rainfall flood model .A LID control scheme is designed to simulate rainfall floods when the rainstorm return periods are one year ,three years ,five years and ten years .The results show that adopting water permeable bricks and sunken green space to revamp underlying layers will effectively reduce the rainfall peak flow .On the other hand ,the same area green space deployed at downstream or upstream has the same reduction rate for peak rainfall flow .However ,being deployed at downstream will delay the arrival of rainfall peak .
