摘  要:轴流转桨式水轮机转轮的组装是水电站机电设备安装过程中的节点性关键工序,尤其是尺寸和重量都较大,零件复杂而精细的巨型转轮,其组装精度和质量对于机组投产后的安全可靠运行至关重要。根据桐子林水电站轴流转桨式水轮机转轮的结构特点及组装流程、工程项目施工方案、现场组装情况,分析总结了巨型轴流转桨式水轮机转轮体的组装、翻身装配、桨叶安装以及转轮试验等关键工序和技术要点。实践证明,水轮机转轮的组装质量满足相关技术标准的要求,机组安装工作顺利开展。In the installation process of electromechanical device in hydropower station ,the assembly of Kaplan turbine runner is a very important construction point ,especially for the giant Kaplan runner both in dimension and weight with intricate components , the assembly accuracy and quality of the runner has an essential effect on its running safety .A conclusion about the assembly of the components ,turn-over ,the installation of the Kaplan runner blade and the test of Kaplan runner were summarized according to the structural characteristics and assembly flow of the Kaplan runner ,the construction plan and schedule of the project ,and the specific situation of construction site in Tongzilin Hydropower Station .Practices have proven that the assembly quality of the Kaplan runner meet the requirements of the relevant technical standards ,which make the smooth construction of the hydro-generator possible .
