摘　　要：介绍了一种应用于温州港集团的大型起重机远程管理系统。该监控系统利用现代通讯技术、软件技术、三维虚拟现实等技术,结合使用振华重工电气公司自主研发的EZ SCADA、EZ HISTORIAN和ZPMC OPC SERVER软件,实现对起重机设备运行过程中实时数据的采集、处理、存储等功能。并采用动态直观的界面来反映起重机运行状态及联锁状态,同时与三维地理信息系统、机械设备管理信息系统数据集成应用,满足港口设备信息化管理和码头设备日常维护的需求。The paper introduces the remote management system for large-scale cranes of Wenzhou Port. The monitoring system can realize acquisition,processing,and storage of the real-time data during operation of crane equipment using the modern communication technology,software technology,and 3d virtual reality,etc.,considering EZ SCADA,EZ HISTORIAN,and ZPMC OPC SERVER independently developed by ZPMC Electric. The dynamic visual interface is used to reflect the crane operation state and interlocking state,for data integrated application together with 3d geographic information system and mechanical equipment management information,to meet the demand of the port equipment information management and daily maintenance of terminal machinery.
