摘　　要：建筑遗产作为物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,其保护与利用逐渐被人所关注,同时,由于大规模的旅游开发已经干扰到遗产周边居民的正常休闲生活,城市建筑遗产周边规划服务于城市居民的需求日益强烈,因而保护城市建筑遗产并将其与新的城市生活相融合是我们面临的新问题。笔者尝试结合我国现行相关城市规划规范及环境行为学理论,提炼出建筑遗产周边保护规划的设计要素将其量化并最终转变为面积指标,以流程图的形式呈现,应用于建筑遗产周边规划中,为规划人员提供参考。As an important part of the culture heritage, the protection and utilization of architectural heritage have been concerned gradually. At the same time, the life of the residents around the heritage has been interfered by the large-scale development. Thus, how to protect architectural heritage as well as to serve the residents is a problem that need to be solved. We tried to extract the planning elements of urban architectural heritage which combined with the behavior theory, and used mathematical method to integrate and quantify it. Finally, we tried to transform it into an area index and provide a reference for planners.
