摘　　要：西安传统民居受西安独有城市属性和历史影响而别具一格,但对其研究往往与韩城、三原等地民居共以关中民居形式概括,其自身特征价值未能得到深刻认知。该文从历史影响、单体建筑、院落组合、材料结构四个方面,对西安传统民居特征予以归纳,以期人们全面认知这种传统文化重要载体,更好保护和传承地域文化。The traditional residences in Xi＇an show a unique style because of the specific urban and historical influence. However the study on it always be summarized with residences in Hancheng and Sanyuan into Guanzhong traditional houses, its feature hasn＇t been awared. We summarize main characteristics of the traditional residences in Xi＇an from four aspects as historical influence, single building, combination of the courtyard, material and structure, in order to acquaint people with this important carrier of culture all-sidedly, thus we can protect and inherit more about our regional culture.
