世界遗产古城保护区民居改造研究——基于云南丽江大研古城现状的评析与思考

摘　　要：通过多年的跟踪调研,该文针对丽江大研古城新华街上一处纳西民居的改造进行详细疏理,并与纳西传统建筑进行对比分析。归纳当前大研古城内民居改造的三种主要类型及其特征,指出兼并式的民居改造模式在大研古城核心保护区普遍存在。结论认为古城民居形态是其社会逻辑和内在活动的体现,解决古城原住民外流、对旅游商业活动及民居改造的监管问题是保护古城遗产的基本前提。The author investigated the evolution of Dayan historical town for several years. A case of residential transformation in Xinghua Street has been analyzed. Then, the result is evaluated by the Naxi traditional architecture. In this paper, we summarize and evaluate three tendencies of current residential renovation in Dayan ancient town. we also point out that the combined residential transformation is widely exist in the heart of protected zone in Dayan. Then we conclude that the city forms are crystallized by the social logic and divers dynamic. The basic promises to protect the heritage town are to avoid the outflow of the original residents, to restrict the improper commercial activities, and to supervise the residential renovation in the protected zone of Dayan.
