氧化干馏法从铜精矿焙烧烟道灰中提取锇的研究

摘  要:钼(铜)精矿焙烧烟道灰是钼(铜)精矿在氧化沸腾炉焙烧过程中产生的含有丰富的有色金属和稀贵金属的高温烟尘,是提取铂族元素的重要资源.以烟道灰为原料,采用氧化干馏法分离提取锇.先用常温湿法浸取烟道灰中的锌、铜、镍和铅等有色金属,烘干烟道灰浸渣,将烟道灰干渣与氧化剂混合均匀后进行氧化干馏,从而回收锇.结果表明:将烟道灰干浸渣和其质量8%的复合氧化剂,在140℃下氧化干馏30 min,用20%NaOH和0.5%C_2H_5OH的混合溶液进行三级吸收OsO_4,锇的回收率不低于85%.Copper ore concentrate roasting flue dust is high temperature smoke containing nonferrous metals andrare precious metals,which is originated from molybdenite or copper sulfide in oxidation fluidized bed furnaceroasting furnace gas mechanical entrainment and volatilization condensation. The rare metal osmium was collectedby oxidation-dry distillation method with flue ash as metallic source. Firstly,the nonferrous metal containing Zn,Cu,Ni,and Pb and so on were leached by normal temperature wet method. At the second step,the mixture of dried flue ashand oxidant was treated by oxidation-dry distillation thereby refining rare metal rhenium. The obtained results showedthat the refined rate of metal osmium was 85% in the condition of 8% oxidant,140 ℃,30 min,and adsorption OsO_4 by repeating adsorption of 3 times with the mixture solution of 20% NaOH and 0.5% C_2H_5OH.
