电针治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用电针进行治疗,对照组予一般饮食指导及定期随访,观察患者治疗前后利兹消化不良调查问卷(LDQ)积分量表和尼平消化不良指数(NDI)。结果治疗组治疗后患者LDQ、NDI评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。结论临床采用电针治疗功能性消化不良是行之有效的方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in treating functional dyspepsia. Method Sixty patients were randomized into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The treatment group was intervened by electroacupuncture, while the control group was prescribed with ordinary food guide and regular follow-up observations. Leeds Dyspepsia Questionnaire（LDQ） and Nepean Dyspepsia Index（NDI） were observed before and after intervention. Five treatment sessions made a course, and 5 successive courses were given in total. Result LDQ and NDI scores dropped significantly after intervention compared to the pre-treatment results（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture is an effective approach in treating functional dyspepsia.
