合募配穴法针灸治疗中风后便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察合募配穴法针灸治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效。方法将68例符合纳入标准的中风后便秘患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组33例。治疗组采用合募配穴法针灸治疗,对照组采用口服中成药治疗,治疗2个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后便秘临床评分均较治疗前减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为80.0%,对照组为72.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合募配穴法针灸是一种治疗中风后便秘的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of He-Sea and Front-Mu points in treating post-stroke constipation. Method Sixty-eight eligible subjects with post-stroke constipation were randomized into a treatment group of 35 cases and a control group of 33 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at He-Sea and Front-Mu points, while the control group was by oral administration of patent Chinese medication. The clinical efficacies were compared after 2 treatment courses. Result The Clinic Constipation Score（CCS） dropped significantly in both groups after intervention（P〈0.01）; the total effective rate was 80.0% in the treatment group versus 72.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at He-Sea and Front-Mu points is an effective method in treating post-stroke constipation.
