温针灸结合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温针灸结合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将74例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组37例。治疗组采用温针灸结合中药热敷治疗,对照组采用常规温针灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗评分差异及治疗前后日常生活能力量表指数差异。结果治疗组总有效率为94.6%,对照组为75.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗评分与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后日常生活能力量表指数与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸结合中药热敷是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warm needling plus hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Method Seventy-four patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 37 cases each. The treatment group received warm needling plus hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine and the control group, conventional warm needling. The clinical therapeutic effects, and pre-treatment and post-treatment Japanese Orthopedic Association scores for the assessment of lumbar spondylosis and Activities of Daily Living scores were compared between the two groups. Result The total efficacy rate was 94.6% in the treatment group and 75.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the Japanese Orthopedic Association score for the assessment of lumbar spondylosis between the treatment and control groups（P〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the Activities of Daily Living score between the treatment and control groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warm needling plus hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine is an effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
