摘　　要：临床教学是医学生培养过程中重要的环节之一,而针刺治疗脊髓损伤的操作难度系数较大,为临床教学带来极大挑战。文章阐述了问题管理模式对提高针刺治疗脊髓损伤的临床教学模式的优势。通过分析问题管理模式的意义和作用,设计了适合于医学生实习过程中的问题管理处理模式的方案,对问题管理模式中各环节的施行方法做出了规划。同时结合实际案例证明了问题管理在临床教学过程中具有重要作用,能更好地体现临床教学的特点。Clinical teaching is one of the important links in cultivating medical students, and acupuncture manipulation for treatment of spinal cord injury has a larger degree of difficulty, which brings great challenges to clinical teaching. This article expounds the advantage of problem management mode in improving the clinical teaching mode of acupuncture treatment for spinal cord injury. A plan for management mode suitable for handling problems in practice of medical students is devised and the implementation method of each link in the problem management mode is worked out by analyzing the significance and function of problem management mode. Meanwhile, the actual cases are combined to prove the important role of problem management in clinical teaching, which can better embody the characteristics of clinical teaching.
