摘　　要：在新媒体环境下,学生在学习考试、科研学术、人际交往、贫困生贷款等方面都存在诚信缺失。究其原因,大学生的非诚信行为是新媒体的便捷性、虚拟性与隐匿性等特点,社会的功利渲染及个人的意志薄弱三个因素共同作用的结果。因此,加强大学生的诚信建设,在国家方面,应加强网络法规建设,加大对网络虚假信息的惩罚力度,规范大学生的网络行为;在家庭方面,父母应对学生从小进行信义教育,使其形成诚信的意识;在学校方面,应该建立一套切实可行的诚信评估制度;在个人方面,大学生应该加强自律意识,严格遵循以诚实守信为基本准则的社会伦理规范。With the fast development of information age, there are more and more new media. Under the new media, there is lack of integrity in exam, academic research, interpersonal communication and loan for poor students. The lack of integrity is resulted from the combined effect of the convenience, virtual character and hiddenness of the new media, the social utility and personal weak will. The construction of the integrity should be carried out in many aspects ： for the nation, we should strengthen the construction of internet laws and punish the false information from the intemet strictly ; for the family, the students＇ awareness of integrity can be constructed when they are young; for the school, we should establish a practical evaluating system for the students＇ integrity ; and for the students, they should strengthen the awareness of self - discipline and obey the rules of integrity strictly.
