受贿罪的贿赂范围探析

摘　　要：准确认识贿赂范围是正确认定受贿罪的基础,对于受贿罪贿赂范围的界定直接影响着刑法对受贿罪的打击力度,涉及罪与非罪、罪刑大小等重要问题。随着经济社会的快速发展,各种新鲜事物、新型模式不断涌现,因此规制受贿犯罪必须与时俱进,与打击腐败的新形势、新环境相适应。鉴于此,建议扩大受贿罪的贿赂范围,严厉打击受贿犯罪,同时解决好因贿赂范围扩大而带来的各种问题。An accurate understanding of Bribery is the basis of correct identification of taking bribes.Defining the scope of bribery in criminal law directly affects the efforts to crack down on bribes,crime or not,and other important problems.With the rapid economic and social development,a variety of new things,new models are emerging,thus regulate bribery offenses must advance with the times,with the new situation of the fight against corruption in the new circumstances.In view of this,it is recommended to expand the scope of bribery to crack down on the crime of bribery,whiIe solving the problems of the expansion of scope of bribery brings.
