摘 要:针对由半环面型无级变速单元、定轴轮系和双排差动轮系组成的双腔半环面型无级变速机构,分析了该机构实现大转矩传输和功率分流时定轴轮系传动比、双排差动轮系转换机构速比必须满足的条件;推导了功率分流条件下流经半环面型无级变速单元的功率与双腔半环面型无级变速机构输入功率的比以及机构传动效率的表达式,并得出:无论是定轴轮系传动比的减小,还是双排差动轮系转换机构速比的减小,都将使流经半环面型无级变速单元的功率与双腔半环面型无级变速机构输入功率的比值减小而机构传动效率提高。最后,通过算例验证了定轴轮系传动比、双排差动轮系转换机构速比的变化对流经半环面型无级变速单元的功率与双腔半环面型无级变速机构输入功率的比值以及机构传动效率的影响。For the dual- cavity half toroidal continuously variable transmission mechanism composed of half toroidal continuously variable unit( CVU),the fixed- axis gear train and the double- row differential gear train,the condition of the transmission ratio of the fixed- axis gear train and the speed ratio of the shifting mechanism on the double- row differential gear train must meet are analyzed under high torque transmission and power split. The expressions for the ratio of the power through half toroidal CVU to the input power and for the transmission efficiency of the mechanism are derived under power split. Whether the transmission ratio of the fixed- axis gear train decreases or the speed ratio of the shifting mechanism on the double- row differential gear train reduces,the ratio value of the power through half toroidal CVU to the input power reduce and the transmission efficiency increases. Finally,the example demonstrated the influence of the transmission ratio change of the fixed- axis gear train and the speed ratio change of the shifting mechanism of the double- row differential gear train on the ratio value of the power through half toroidal CVU to the input power and the transmission efficiency of the mechanism.
