摘 要:基于摆线针轮行星传动原理,提出了一种新型同轴单输入同侧双输出摆线减速器。论述了该减速器的工作原理并分析了其传动结构,应用转化机构法推导了其传动比公式,运用ADAMS软件模拟仿真出该减速器输出轴的运动响应以及关键零件受力变化规律,将仿真得到的传动比与理论计算的传动比进行对比,验证该类减速器传动原理的可行性。该减速器可以实现两根输出轴同轴正反转输出传动且传动比可进行独立设计,特别适用于搅拌机、飞行器、船舶以及潜水器的双桨共轴传动中。Based on the principle of cycloidal pin gear planetary transmission,a new type of coaxial single input and ipsilateral double output cycloid speed reducer is presented. The working principle of the reducer is discussed and the transmission structure is analyzed,with the transformation mechanism method,its transmission ratio formula is deduced. The motion response of the output shaft of the reducer and the stress change rule of the key parts are simulated by using ADAMS software. The transmission ratio which gets from the simulation is compared with the one of the theoretical calculation,which verifies the feasibility of the transmission principle of the reducer. The two output shaft of the reducer can realize the coaxial positive and negative output transmission and the transmission ratio can be designed independent,especially suitable for the double- screw coaxial transmission of mixer,aircrafts,ships and submarines.
