二级预防护理干预在老年缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨二级预防护理干预在老年缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法将160例老年缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各80例,干预组给予二级预防护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,干预6个月后对比二组患者的护理效果。结果经过6个月干预后,干预组遵医服药、自我监测、肢体康复训练、定期复查等依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预6个月后,干预组患者日常生活能力明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者在干预后3个月、6个月的复发率均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论二级预防护理干预能提高患者服药依从性,促进老年缺血性脑卒人群改变自身行为,形成健康的生活方式。Objective To investigate the effect of secondary prevention and nursing intervention in elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Totally 160 cases of elderly patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,80 cases in each group.The intervention group was given secondary preventive and nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing,and the effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups after 6 months.Results After 6 months of intervention,the compliance of the intervention group on according to the medical treatment,self-monitoring,extremity rehabilitation training,regular reexamination and so on was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After 6months of intervention,the daily living ability of the patients in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3 months and 6months after intervention（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The secondary prevention and nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients with medication compliance,and promote the elderly patients with cerebral ischemic stroke to change their behavior,form a healthy lifestyle.
