综合心理护理干预对老年冠心病患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合心理护理干预在老年冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选择该院2014年5月—2015年5月收治的老年冠心病患者100例,随机分为观察组(52例)和对照组(48例),观察组实施综合心理护理干预,对照组实施常规心理护理,比较二组的心理状态以及生活质量。结果观察组干预后的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、物理症状以及整体健康状况方面的评分高于对照组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合心理护理干预能够改善老年冠心病患者的心理状态,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the elderly inpatients.Methods Forty-eight cases of elderly hospitalized patients in the implementation of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention was the observation group,52 cases of elderly hospitalized patients in the implementation of routine psychological nursing was divided the control group,two groups were compared of mental state and life quality.Results After the intervention,adverse psychological of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoid ideation score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Life quality of physical function,role function,emotional function,physical symptoms and overall health status in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can improve the mental state and life quality of elderly patients.
