摘　　要：随着互联网对人们生活的渗透,越来越多的适婚男女开始通过婚恋网站寻找自己的伴侣。网络在为未婚男女提供方便的同时,也为犯罪分子提供了可乘之机。在网络婚姻诈骗中,女性的性自主权易受到不法侵害。现行法律对女性性自主权、婚姻权益保护的不完善及对网络监管的漏洞,使网络婚姻诈骗中女性性自主权的法律保障迫在眉睫。With the development of the internet, more and more men and women tend to find their partners through matching making websites. These networks provide convenience for unmarried men and women, at the same time increase the risks to personal safety. Some people created fake profiles featuring pictures of attractive men and women to build relationships. The female are found more vulnerable to internet dating seams. The current law cannot guarantee the female sex autonomy right and marriage right. These challenges and lack of proper supervision make people realize that relevant laws have to be set up.
