摘 要:本文针对模块电源的发展趋势和有源箝位电路的工作原理,研究了一种采用磁放大技术和固定伏特秒控制技术的有源箝位反激软开关电路,对该电路的工作过程进行了详细的理论分析。在理论分析的基础上,设计了一款48W的电源样机。经过测试,验证了该理论分析的正确性,在整个负载范围内完全实现了主开关管和箝位电路的软开关变换,软开关实现的条件不依赖于变压器的参数。在采用肖特基二极管整流的情况下,满载输出的转换效率在89%以上。According to the development trend of the module power supplies and the working principle of active clamping circuit, the paper studied one kind of active clamp flyback soft switching circuit which employs magnetic amplification technology and fixed volts seconds control technology, and detailed theoretical analysis of the working process of the electric circuit is made in the paper. On the basis of theoretical analysis, a 48W power prototype is designed. After tests, the theoretical analysis is verified correct. In the whole load range, soft switch transform between the main switch tube and RCD clamped circuit is completely realized, and soft switch realization conditions is not dependent on transformer parameters. In using the schottky diodes rectifier, the conversion efficiency in full load is 89% above.
