摘 要:为了适应水稻田间规模化、标准化的生产需要,减少人工费用,降低生产成本,提高作业效率和经济效益,结合水稻大棚现有的育秧模式,设计了一种配合履带式推进作业的植质钵育秧盘起盘机。考虑结构参数、铲体材料、载荷和受力等因素,应用有限元分析软件对铲体进行网格划分,并对其关键部件起盘铲进行等效应力、变形量和安全系数等的分析计算。结果显示:初始设计的起盘铲结构参数不够合理,通过对结构参数的优化,再次进行分析得到合理的结构参数,为起盘机整机的研制提供基础设计依据。In order to meet the needs of rice large scale and standardized production,reduce production cost and improve the production efficiency, combine with the existing mode of rice seedling in greenhouse, the rice breeding disk shovel machine was designed through the existing mode of rice seedling in greenhouse for planting seedling growing tray. The finite element analysis of the rice breeding disk shovel was performed through ANSYS technology. During the finite element analysis progress,the configuration, disk shovel material, loads and forces were defined and added on the disk shovel, and the equivalent stress, deformation and safety factor were obtained after finite element calculation. The results showed that the initial design of the disk shovel structure parameter was not reasonable enough. Through the software analysis,the reasonable structure parameters were got, and the article provided the basis for the development of disc shovel machine.
