摘　　要：针对目前规模化养牛场的舍内小气候的变化对奶牛生产性能产生不利影响等问题,研制出一套基于PLC的规模化养牛场全自动无线智能环境采控系统。采控系统可以对牛舍内温度、湿度、有害气体浓度等参数进行采集和分析。PLC控制现场数据的采集,通过RS-485总线与触摸屏结合,实时监控牛舍现场的环境状况。在环境参数采控过程中可完成对历史数据的保存、分析和处理,为奶牛繁殖及产奶量统计等信息提供分析依据。In view of the negative influence of the microclimate change to productivity of cows inside the barn,a set of automatic wireless smart environment control system based on PLC for the present large-scale cattle farms was developed. The control system gathered the parameters,such as temperature,humidity,concentration of harmful gases,then analyzed this parameters. The parameters of PLC controls field through RS-485 bus was combined with touch screen in order to real-time monitor the environmental conditions barn scene. The history data would be saved,and analyzed and processed during wireless environment control process, which provided the basis for the statistic information of cow breeding and milk production.
