三个倡导视域下的北京市属高校思想政治工作机制现状与创新

摘　　要：从"三个倡导"的要求看,北京市属高校在思想政治工作机制方面,有突出的特点,也有需要改进的地方。构建北京市属高校思想政治工作的新机制,要以"三个倡导"为指导思想,适应新时代的需要,有计划、有步骤地完成对思想政治工作运行机制、队伍建设机制和考核激励机制的创新。重视高校思想政治工作的开展,在践行社会主义核心价值观的行动中,发现不足,积极改进,使北京市属高校的思想政治工作有序进行。According to the ＂three proposals ＂, the Beijing municipal universities gain prominent characteristics as well as deficiencies in the term of ideological and political working mechanism. Hence,under the guidance of ＂three proposals ＂,the new working mechanism should adapt to a new era and innovate to accomplish the operating mechanism,team-building mechanism and assessment and incentive mechanism in a planned and orderly way. Further,more emphasis is needed in the development of ideologicaland political work in universities and the discovery and improvement of problems during the practice of socialist core value in order to make sure an order process of ideological and political work among Beijing municipal universities.
