摘 要:针对桥式起重机在静强度设计中存在的问题,以某电动单梁桥式起重机为对象,对其整体结构进行力学分析,在ANSYS Workbench中得到其结构在不同工况下的应力分布和变形情况,并获得结构的静强度和刚度,发现工字钢与连接板连接处易出现应力集中现象,并对该问题提出合理建议。To the problem of bridge crane's static strength,the overall structure of an electric single-beam bridge crane was analyzed by using the mechanical technique.The stress distribution and deformation condition were computed by ANSYS Workbench under different working conditions,and the structure's static strength and rigidity were obtained.The stress concentration phenomenon in the I-beam and connecting plate was found and some reasonable suggestion was put forward.
