摘  要:对半固态触变注射成型的AZ91D镁合金进行激光焊接,焊接功率为800 W,焊接速度为4.5m/min,并对接头的显微组织和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:在给定的实验参数下,接头热影响区晶粒粗大,同时有熔化现象,焊缝狭窄,接头成形好,焊缝区晶粒细小,组织为α-Mg和β-Al12Mg17;断口为韧窝断口与沿晶断口的混合,焊缝中存在气孔及微裂纹,硬度沿着熔深方向变大;接头的抗拉强度和延伸率均低于母材。Laser welding on semi-solid thixoforming AZ91 Dmagnesium alloy was conducted,welding power was 800 W,the welding speed was 4.5m/min,the microstructures and mechanical properties of the joint were analyzed.The results show that:under the given parameters,the grains of HAZ are coarse,the weld seam is narrow,the joint forming is good,the grains of weld area are small,the microstructures areα-Mg andβ-Al12Mg17,the fracture is ductile and brittle mixture,prosity and micro cracks exist in the weld seam,and the hardness of the weld seam changes larger along the direction of penetration,the tensile strength and elongation of joint are lower than the parent metal.
