慢性荨麻疹患者生活质量的评价及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的对慢性荨麻疹(CU)患者的生活质量进行评价,并分析影响患者生活质量的主要因素。方法选取2012年10月至2014年6月成都市第五人民医院收治的CU患者102例作为研究组,另选取同期健康志愿者100例作为对照组。采用世界卫生组织生活质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)(中文版)对102例CU患者的生活质量进行评价,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果研究组在心理、生理、环境、社会关系、健康状况及生活质量等的评分及总分均高于对照组[(56.7±6.4)分比(3.2±0.9)分、(62.3±7.4)分比(3.9±1.0)分、(57.5±6.4)分比(1.4±0.5)分、(66.4±8.5)分比(2.2±1.2)分、(5.8±2.2)分比(1.6±0.6)分、(246±10)分比(12±3)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。家庭摩擦、食欲、CU发作频率、皮肤科症状评分、视觉模拟评分及患者自主评分为影响CU患者生活质量的主要因素。结论 CU对患者的生活质量影响较大,减少家庭摩擦、缓解患者的心理负担,加强患者对疾病的认知度有助于改善患者的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the quality of life of chronic urticaria （CU） patients, and analyze the major factors influencing the quality of life of the patients. Methods One hundred and two patients with CU in Changdu City Fifth People＇s Hospital from Oct. 2012 to Jan. 2014 were included as the study group and another one hundred healthy volunteers during the same period were selected as control group. WHO quality of life table（WHOQOL-BREF） （Chinese version） was adopted to evaluate the quality of life, and its influence factors were analyzed. Results The scores of physiological,psychelogical ,social relations and environmental health and quality of life and total scores in the study group were higher than the control group [ （56.7 ±6. 4） scores vs（3.2 ±0. 9） scores, （62. 3 ±7.4） scores vs （3.9 ± 1.0） scores, （57.5 ±6. 4） scores vs （ 1.4 ± 0. 5 ） scores, （66. 4± 8.5 ） scores vs （2. 2 ±1.2） scores, （ 5.8 ± 2.2 ） scores vs （ 1.6 ±0. 6） scores, （246 ±10 ） scores vs （12 ±3 ） scores ] , and the differences were all statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Family friction, appetite, CU attack frequency, symptom score of dermatology, visual analog scale score and the patient＇s autonomy were the main factors affecting the quality of life for patients with CU. Conclusion CU has great influence on the quality of life of the patients,reducing the family friction, alleviating the patient＇s psychological burden, and improving the awareness of the disease are helpful to improve the quality of life of the patients.
