摘  要:利用PCR-SSCP技术对海东鸡CAPN1基因多态性进行分析,研究CAPN1基因多态位点与体尺性状之间的相关性。结果表明,海东鸡CAPN1基因3'UTR存在c.*1 114T>C转换,对应2种等位基因T和C,等位基因T为优势等位基因;该群体CAPN1基因检测区域为中度多态(0.25<PIC<0.50),偏离了Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。CAPN1基因3'UTR的多态性对体斜长、胸宽和胸骨长有显著性影响,对胫长有极显著影响,对胸深、胸围和髋宽无显著性影响。To explore the polymorphism of CAPN1 gene in Haidong chicken populations and to evaluate it as a candidate molecular marker associated with body size,PCR-SSCP method was used to detect the polymorphism of CAPN1 in sixty Haidong chickens. The 3'UTR of CAPN1 gene in Haidong chicken had the transition of c.*1 114 T〉 C,corresponding to the 2 alleles of T and C,and the allele T was the dominant allele. The detection region of CAPN1 gene with 0. 25 〈PIC 〈0. 50 was middle genetic diversity,and was not Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium state at these locus. The two genotypes had significant influence on body length,chest breadth and chest bone length,and they significantly affected phalanx length. But they had no significant influence on chest depth,heart girth and thurl width. All the results implied that the CAPN1 gene could be a candidate gene.
