摘  要:TRIZ理论是一种解决发明问题的理论,是一种发现问题并解决问题的方法论。在创新过程中,将实际问题转换成TRIZ问题,借助TRIZ工具解决和改善现有产品中所存在的矛盾与不足。针对光伏发电系统中光伏组件焊接技术设计中出现的虚焊、裂片、锡丝及锡渣等问题,将TRIZ理论引入光伏组件焊接技术的创新设计中。通过对实际问题的分析,基于TRIZ理论确定技术矛盾和物理矛盾,查阅TRIZ理论的矛盾矩阵,根据TRIZ理论提供的创新原理制定光伏组件焊接创新设计方案。TRIZ methodology is a theory of solving invention problem, which is a methodology of finding problems and solving the problems. Practical problems will be converted to TRIZ ones in the process of innovation, with the tools of TRIZ solving and improving the contradiction which is existing inside of products, and ultimately achieve a process of innovation. To solve the problems in the design of photovohaic modules welding technology, the TRIZ methodology has been introduced into the innovation design progress of photovoltaic modules welding technology. The actual problems are analyzed,but the technical and physical contradictions are found out by using the TRIZ methodology. After consulting the contradiction ma- trix of TRIZ methodology, the photovohaic modules welding innovation design is finished according to innovation principles which are provided by the TRIZ methodology.
