摘 要:随着制造业、机械行业的快速发展,对物体进行三维测量得到其尺寸等信息的需求越来越多。在众多三维测量方法中,基于激光和机器视觉的三维测量仪,以其准确、快速及对物体表面颜色不敏感等特性在应用领域脱颖而出,并占有一席之地。一个基于机器视觉的激光扫描测量系统应该顺序解决3个方面的问题:1)二维激光条纹图像的预处理;2)激光条纹的识别和细化;3)激光条纹的中心像素提取。从上述三方面介绍了算法的实现过程。With the rapid development of manufacturing and machinery industry,there is an increasing need for obtaining objects' size or other information through three-dimensional(3D)measurement.In the various three-dimensional measurement methods,the 3D measuring instrument based on laser and machine vision stands out by its characteristics of accurate,fast,and not sensitive to surface color of object.A laser scanning measurement system based on machine vision should solve the following three problems in order:the first is that two-dimensional laser stripe image preprocessing,the second is the recognition and refinement of laser stripe,and the last one is the extraction of pixels of the laser stripe center.This article introduces the algorithm and implementation from the above three aspects.
