摘 要:通过引入具有近红外反射能力的热控颜填料技术,以氟碳树脂体系为基料,制备出了一种热反射型绿色涂料。研究结果表明,与标准伪装绿色涂层相比,热反射型绿色涂层的太阳反射率及近红外反射率分别提升了40%和34%,具备了反射降温能力。从国军标中的伪装技术指标出发,对所制备的热反射型绿色涂层的伪装兼容性及兼容伪装功能的绿色涂层热反射率极限进行了分析计算。结果表明:1)所制备的热反射型绿色涂层具备国军标所要求的伪装兼容性能;2)为了满足国军标中的伪装技术要求,兼容伪装功能的热反射型涂层反射率应限定上限值,以绿色涂层为例,热反射型涂层的太阳热反射率要控制在<39.8%,近红外反射率控制在<72.5%,方可满足伪装技术要求。A solar-reflective green coating with the fluorocarbon resin is prepared by the introduction of thermal-control fillings,which has good near-infrared(NIR)reflectance.The results show that,the solar-reflective green coating has much increased solar reflectivity,about 40% and 34% higher than those of the standard green camouflage coating in the solar region and NIR region respectively.Based on the technical requirements of the camouflage technical specifications of Chinese Military Standards,the camouflage compatibility and reflectivity upper limit of solar-reflective coating have been studied.The results are as follows:(1)The solar-reflective green coating has camouflage compatibility according the requirements of Chinese Military Standards;(2)The coating can meet the Camouflage Compatibility of Chinese Military Standards,taking emerald green coating layer as example,its solar reflectivity is less than or equal to 39.8%,and the reluctance is less than or equal to 72.5%.
