摘  要:随着轨道交通行业的发展,对轨道车辆的制造要求越来越高。轨道车辆内饰件装配是轨道车辆生产的重要质量控制项点。采用基于多视相移框架的结构光快速三维测量技术,可以将多视约束与相移原理有机结合,解相完成后每个像素可以独立地进行立体匹配与三维重构,无需相位展开过程,从而快速重构出密集三维轮廓数据。相比现有的结构光测量技术,该方法使测量速度与相机图像采集的速度一致,能实现任意复杂形状物体的全时间分辨率、全空间分辨率的快速三维测量。With the booming development of rail transit industry,there is more requirement to the manufacturing of railway vehicles.The assembly of interiors plays an important role of deciding the quality of railway vehicles production.The rapid three-dimensional measurement technology of structured light based on multi-view phase-shift framework is used.This technique combined multi-view constraint with phase-shift and each pixel can explore its corresponding point independently only in the wrapped phase-map and reconstruct a 3Dpoint in space,so arbitrary shape including the discontinuous surfaces or step-like surfaces can be measured with full spatial resolution and full time resolution.
