摘  要:某型飞机在航炮实弹空中打靶后,除冰系统中的酒精箱发生了串位现象,影响了飞行安全。为解决这一问题,从制造工艺过程及关键零部件的材料性能方面进行了原因分析,并对几项影响因素制定了换料生产托板零件、加大装配力矩和增加装配防滑等解决措施。经航炮实弹地面打靶及空中打靶试验,证明措施可行。酒精箱串位的直接原因是装配时对螺栓的拧紧力矩小,使酒精箱装配不紧;而根本原因是酒精箱下方的托板零件刚度较低,装配时向下弯曲变形,承受不了较大的装配力矩。通过将托板零件换料,使托板刚度增大,提高装配力矩,保证了酒精箱的装配质量,解决了航炮实弹空中打靶射击酒精箱串位问题。The alcohol box of a certain aircraft deicing system is changed after the launch of voyage shot.This phenonmenon can affect flight safety.To solve this problem,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of manufacturing process and material properties of the key parts.Aiming at the above affecting factors,the solution measures are established.After the verification of voyage shot ball cartridge target on the ground and in the air,the solution measures are proved to be feasible.It is discovered that the tightening torque of bolt is just the direct cause of alcohol box location transformation,and the basic reasons is the low strength of splint under the alcohol box.Substitutions of material of the splint can enlarge the strength of the splint,and the assembly torque is improved.So the assembly quality of the alcohol box is ensured.The problem of the location transformation of alcohol box after the launch of voyage shot ball cartridge in the air is solved.
