摘　　要：以正二十烷为内标物,建立了一种简便、精确的定量分析生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯含量的气相色谱方法.在实验条件下,各脂肪酸甲酯标准曲线的线性相关系数均在0.998 0以上,相对标准偏差为1.0%-5.3%.采用该方法分析生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯含量的准确度和精密度较高,方法简单,重复性好,为生物柴油的成分分析和应用开发提供参考.A simple and accurate method for quantitative analysis of fatty acid methyl esters in biodiesel was established by gas chromatography using n-eicosane as an internal standard.Under the experiment conditions,the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve for each fatty acid methyl ester were above 0.998 0,and the relative standard deviation within 1.0%-5.3%.The analysis results of fatty acid methyl esters in biodiesel gave enough accuracy and precision.This simple and reproducible method provided an approach for the analysis of biodiesel components in the follow-up product development.
