江西竞技网球后备人才社会化培养的发展机制

摘　　要：社会民间资本投资培养竞技网球后备人才,是我国竞技网球发展的时代机遇和时代特征。本文运用文献资料法、实地调研江西省竞技网球后备人才社会化培养20家单位。有针对性地提出了竞技网球后备人才社会化培养人才的发展机制;认为整合江西竞技网球发展机制:推动多元化竞技网球后备人才发展模式、从创新管理机制与奖励机制入手、并加强新闻、网络、传媒的宣传力度,才能促进竞技网球后备人才社会化培养的良性发展。It is the opportunity and feature of the times for competitive tennis development that social and folk capital investment cultivate competitive tennis reserve talents. The paper investigates and studies 20 companies that conduct social cultivation for reserve talents for Jiangxi competitive tennis with methods of literature and field survey and puts forward corresponding development mechanism for social cultivation of reserve talents of competitive tennis. The paper suggests that integrating the development mechanism of Jiangxi competitive tennis and advancing diversified development mode for reserve talents of competitive tennis should start from innovating management mechanism and incentive mechanism,and strengthening news,network,media publicity so as to promote healthy development of social cultivation of reserve talents of competitive tennis.
