提高排球跳发球技术的有效途径研究

摘　　要：本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法的研究方法。通过引用和参考其他文献资料,利用逻辑推理逐步的分析了排球跳发球的技术动作和它的技术特点。得出了此项技术动作的优势和劣势,并试图提出制约跳发球成功与否和质量高低的因素以及提高的训练方法。With methods of literature and logical analysis and by quoting and referring to other literatures,the paper analyzes the technical action of jump serving technique of volleyball and its technical characteristics. The paper discovers the advantages and disadvantages of this action and manages to find factors restricting successful jump serving of volleyball and serving quality as well as improving training methods.
