山西省地市体育运动学校网球教练员现状研究

摘　　要：近年来,山西的群众网球活动开展的风生水起,场地建设和参与人数都有了长足发展,但是在竞技网球后备人才培养上较北京、上海、内蒙古等网球发达省市起步晚、水平也不高。项目发展,教练员是关键,本文采用问卷调查、访谈、实地考察等方法,对山西省地市体育运动学校网球教练员的现状进行了研究,结论显示:网球教练员总人数较少,年龄主要分布在31-40岁之间,文化程度多在本科及以上,职称偏低,工资待遇一般。Recent years have witnessed the rise of public tennis activities in Shanxi and site construction and the number of people involved in also demonstrate great development. However,compared with tennis power provinces like Beijing,Shanghai and Inner Mongolia,Shanxi starts late and lacks high level in training competitive tennis reserve. The key to developing tennis lies in coaches. The paper studies tennis coaches in local sports schools in Shanxi province with methods of questionnaire,interview and field survey. Conclusions show that the total number of tennis coaches is quite small,most age from 31 to 40; their education level are undergraduates and above with low professional title and plain salary.
