摘  要:目前,国内焦化行业还没有烟气低温SCR脱硝的工程应用,有关研究也主要集中在实验室小试范围,模拟烟气实验很难反映出催化剂在实际烟气中的运行状况。本文选用乌海某焦化厂烟气进行现场脱硝中试,考察了所选催化剂在工况条件下的脱硝情况。结果表明,脱硝效率稳定在80%左右,催化剂活性没有明显降低,说明此催化剂及低温脱硝工艺适用于焦化行业烟气脱硝,对工程化应用有重要参考价值。Nowdays, SCR at low temperature in cokery smoke has not been put into engineering application in China yet. Most of the reported investigations were bench-scale study, which were limited to represent the performance of catalysts at real applications. This paper is based on pilot-scale study on cokery smoke in a coking plant in Wuhai, which investigated denitration efficiency of selected catalyst under the operating condition. The experiment results show that no obvious reduction of catalyst activity was observed and denitration efficiency was around 80%. This indicates that this catalyst is appropriate for denitration of cokery smoke, and may serve as valuable reference for engineering application.
