摘　　要：随着国家新常态下的全面改革推进,高校人事管理制度改革势在必行,建立一套高效的人事管理体系是高校人才辈出、健康发展的重中之重。本文从优化内部管理机制,完善人事管理制度,拓展创新三个方面来提出一点建议。With the advance of the comprehensively reform under the new normal, personnel management in universities needs to be reformed. To build an effective series of personnel management system is the most important task in cultivating talents and promoting the development of universities. This paper gives some suggestions from three aspects：optimize the internal management system, improve the personnel management system and promote development and innovation.
