公平视域下我国残疾人体育权利保障研究

摘　　要：在构建和谐社会大目标下要重视残疾人群体育权利的保障与落实,满足其文娱体育精神文化生活需求,为残疾人弱势群体营造良好的生存发展环境。本文分析了我国残疾人群公平享受体育权利保障的制约因素,阐述了保障残疾人群公平体育权利的必要性,并从体育教育改革、政府支持、法律法规完善与社会舆论宣传等角度研究了保障策略,希望能从公平的角度为我国残疾人体育权利保障与落实提供参考。Under the aim of constructing the harmonious society, it is necessary to attach importance to the guarantee and implementation of disabled people＇s sports right, meet their needs for the recreational sports spiritual and cultural life, and create a sound environment for the survival and development of disabled vulnerable groups. This paper analyzes the factors restricting the guarantee for disabled people＇s fair sports rights in China, expounds the necessity of guarantee for disabled people＇s fair sports rights, and proposes strategy from the view of physical education reform, government support, perfecting laws and regulations and social public opinion propaganda, hoping to provide reference for guarantee and Implementation for the fair sports rights of the disabled people in China.
