摘　　要：针对目前煤矿机电设备管理现状,提出了基于全员生产维修(TPM)的机电设备管理模式。分析了TPM的推行基础,对TPM模式下的点检管理、设备故障管理、维修资源管理、维修工程管理进行了研究,根据TPM模式的特点,提出了构建TPM机电设备管理体系的保障措施。By monitoring the current situation of the mechanical and electrical equipment management in coal mine, the mechanical and electrical equipment management mode based on full production maintenance （TPM） is proposed. The implementation basis of the TPM foundation are analyzed; the spot-checking management of the TPM mode , TPM mode of equipment fault management, maintenance resource management and maintenance engineering management are studied; finally, according to the characteristic of TPM model, put forward the guarantee measures for constructing TPM electromechanical equipment management system.
