摘 要:本文对常规聚合物压裂液滤失机理进行了实验分析,重点研究了具有造壁性压裂液的受滤饼控制的滤失系数C3。实验发现:在滤失的初始阶段,滤失速度较快,短时间后滤饼形成并不断增厚,滤失速度减慢并趋于稳定。通过降滤失实验对比分析,降滤失剂浓度为4%比浓度为1%的滤失系数降低了41.04%,说明了降滤失效果好。In this paper, the filtration mechanism of conventional polymer fracturing fluid is analysed through the experiment.We have emphatically studied on the filtration coefficient C3 which is controlled by the filter cake.The experimental results show that: the filtration rate is very fast in the initial stage of the filtration.With the passage of time, the filter cake is getting more and more thicker, and filtration rate is slowed down and tends to be stable.The filtration coefficient of fracturing fluid reduced by 41.04% with the increase of concentrations of the filtrate loss additive from 1% to 4% by comparing the experimental results.It shows that the fluid loss effect is well.
