重组人表皮生长因子凝胶用于激光祛斑去痣术后创面修复的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子凝胶用于激光祛斑去痣术后创面修复的临床价值。方法选取2014年1月~2015年6月在北京军区总医院行激光祛斑去痣术的患者130例,随机分成两组：对照组65例,仅给予红霉素软膏涂抹于创面,每日3次;观察组65例,早上、中午均涂抹红霉素软膏,晚间常规清创后涂抹重组人表皮生长因子凝胶。比较两组的创面修复效果、创面愈合时间、创面修复治疗时间以及术后并发症严重程度。结果观察组总有效率（92.31%）显著高于对照组（80.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组创面愈合时间、创面修复治疗时间均显著短于对照组[（7.56±3.20）、（10.50±2.83）比（10.21±2.45）、（13.02±3.15）d],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组红斑、灼烧疼痛、水肿和渗出的术后并发症评分均显著低于对照组[（1.81±0.35）、（1.27±0.61）、（1.62±0.73）、（1.10±0.35）比（2.74±0.60）、（2.30±0.48）、（2.50±0.51）、（1.81±0.50）分],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论重组人表皮生长因子凝胶能减轻激光祛斑去痣术后并发症,有效促进创面修复及组织再生能力,提高创面愈合质量。Objective To investigate the clinical value of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor（rh EGF） Gel for wound repair after freckle mole laser surgery. Methods 130 cases of patients admitted to General Hospital of Beijing Military Command from January 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. In the control group, 65 cases patients were treated with Erythromycin Ointment, 3 times a day; 65 cases patients in the observation group were treated with Erythromycin Ointment in the morning and noon, and the rh EGF Gel was applied after the routine debridement in the evening. The effect of wound healing, time of wound healing, time of therapy, and severity of postoperative complications in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group（92.31%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（80.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The wound healing time and its therapy time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group [（7.56±3.20）,（10.50±2.83） vs（10.21±2.45）,（13.02±3.15）d], with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. The postoperative complication scores of erythema, burning pain,edema and exudation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group [（1.81 ±0.35）,（1.27±0.61）,（1.62±0.73）,（1.10±0.35） vs（2.74±0.60）,（2.30±0.48）,（2.50±0.51）,（1.81±0.50） scores], the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rh EGF Gel can relieve the postoperative complications of freckle mole laser surgery, promote wound healing and tissue regeneration ability, improve the quality of wound healing.
