甲钴胺、依帕司他、马来酸桂哌齐特治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨甲钴胺、依帕司他、马来酸桂哌齐特治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法分析陕西省宝鸡市人民医院2013年1月~2015年3月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者120例的临床资料,依据治疗措施不同分为对照组（维生素B_（12）治疗）60例和研究组（甲钴胺、依帕司他、马来酸桂哌齐特治疗）60例。观察两组患者治疗前后足底神经、腓总神经、胫神经传导速度、临床症状体征评分和临床疗效情况。结果两组患者治疗前足底神经、腓总神经、胫神经传导速度、临床症状和体征评分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,对照组和研究组治疗后足底神经、腓总神经、胫神经传导速度均快于治疗前,研究组治疗后足底神经、腓总神经、胫神经传导速度均快于对照组,对照组和研究组治疗后临床症状、体征评分均低于治疗前,研究组治疗后临床症状、体征评分均低于对照组,研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甲钴胺、依帕司他、马来酸桂哌齐特治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床症状改善明显,效果良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Mecobalamine, Epalrestat, Cinepazide Maleate in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of patients with DPN admitted to Baoji People＇s Hospital from January 2013 to March 2015 was analyzed, the patients were divided into 60 cases of control group（vit B_（12） treatment） and 60 cases of research group（Mecobalamine, Epalrestat, Cinepazide Maleate treatment） according to different treating methods. The conduction velocity of plantar nerve, common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve,and scores of clinical symptoms and signs, clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The conduction velocity of plantar nerve, common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve, and scores of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups before treatment had no statistically significant differences（P〉0.05）, the conduction velocity of plantar nerve, common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve of control group and research group after treatment was faster than those before treatment, the conduction velocity of plantar nerve, common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve of research group after treatment was faster than those of control group, the scores of clinical symptoms and signs of control group and research group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and signs of research group after treatment were lower than those of control group, the total effective rate of research group was higher than that of control group, the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mecobalamine, Epalrestat, Cinepazide Maleate in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can obviously improve clinical symptoms, the effect is good, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
