摘  要:针对某方向型二通插装阀,建立了动态特性数学模型,基于AMESim建立了仿真模型并验证模型的正确性。针对阀芯启闭过程进行仿真分析,得出液阻直径、弹簧刚度、系统工作压力、阀芯行程等对动态特性有较大影响,为进行二通插装阀元件及系统设计提供参考。The dynamic characteristic mathematical model was set up in allusion to certain directional twoway cartridge valve,and the AMESim-based simulation model was set up and the correctness of the same was verified.Factors affecting the opening and closing speeds were obtained by simulation analysis in allusion to opening/closing process of the valve element and included fluid lock diameter,spring stiffness,working pressure of system,spool stroke,etc.which had great influence to dynamic characteristics.Moreover,the reference shall be available for design of the element and the system of the two-way cartridge valve.
