摘 要:为分析塔式锅炉机组的布置特点,总结了塔式锅炉的总体结构,钢结构和受热面的结构特点,对塔式锅炉与π型锅炉的各项差异进行了对比。结果表明塔式锅炉占地面积小,钢结构较为稳定,受热面适合水平布置;相较于π型锅炉,塔式锅炉能快速启动,投资较高,受热面热偏差小,磨损小。切圆燃烧的塔式炉,推荐采用前煤仓布置方式,四大管道采用"支管-母管-支管"的连接方式,布置在运转层以上。To analyze arrangement characteristics of tower type boiler, it analyses overall structure of tow- er type boiler, structure characteristics of steel structure and heating surfaces. Then it compares differ' ences of tower type boiler and "π - type boiler. The results show that tower type boiler has the advantages of small occupation area, steel structure is relatively stable, heating surface is suitable for horizontal lay- out ; compared to "π - type boiler, tower type boiler can quickly start, has a high investment, heat devia- tion of heating surface is small, abrasion is small. For tangential firing tower type boiler, front bunker ar- rangement is recommend, the four big pipelines could be arranged on the operation layer according to the connection mode of "branch pipe -main pipe - branch pipe".
