摘　　要：为提高在线科研社群成员知识共享的积极性,本文基于自我决定理论,把基本心理需求和自主动机引入知识共享研究。构建结构方程模型,编制测量量表,以291名在线科研社群成员为样本,通过AMOS对模型进行验证。研究结果表明,自主需求通过互惠动机正向影响知识共享、能力需求,通过挑战动机正向影响知识共享、归属需求,同时通过互惠动机和挑战动机正向影响知识共享。最后提出了激励成员知识共享的措施。In order to explore the influencing factors of Knowledge sharing in online research community, this paper built a knowledge sharing concept model based on self- determination theory. This paper proposed hypotheses on the relationship between the basic psychological needs and autonomous motivation to Knowledge sharing in Online Research Community. The paper used an online questionnaire to conduct empirical research, collected and analyzed data of 291 samples by Amos. Empirical results showed that challenge motivation and reciprocal motivation have direct positive effects on Knowledge Interactions. Basic psychological needs have indirect effects on Knowledge Interactions using autonomous motivation as mediating variables. Finally, it proposed measures to encourage the Knowledge sharing.
