摘　　要：本研究以高校大学生为样本总体,利用跨理论模型,针对其每个阶段的健康信息获取行为进行问卷调查和走访调查,了解个体不同阶段健康信息行为改变中各个阶段的健康信息行为的特征差异,为个体健康行为的改变提供有针对性的干预措施。This study took the university students as the sample population, using the cross theoIy mode, a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted on the health information acquisition behavior at each stage. To understand the differences of health information behavior in different stages of the individual this paper provided targeted interventions for the changes of individu-al health behaviors.
