摘 要:为了研究聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)/三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)复合材料的激光标记效果和机理,以PBT为基体树脂,Sb_2O_3为激光标记添加剂,通过熔融共混法制备了PBT/Sb_2O_3复合材料。使用掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光器对PBT/Sb_2O_3复合材料进行激光标记。通过肉眼观察和标记处与空白处的明暗度变化值来综合评价PBT/Sb_2O_3复合材料的标记效果,使用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、拉曼(Raman)光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对标记表面进行了表征分析。结果显示,Sb_2O_3的加入改善了PBT的激光可标记性,当Sb2O3质量分数为3.0%时,PBT/Sb_2O_3复合材料的标记效果最佳;激光标记后复合材料的Raman谱图出现无定形碳的特征峰,而XRD谱图没有出现新的特征峰,表明PBT/Sb2O3复合材料的激光标记变色现象是由于Sb_2O_3吸收激光产生局部高温,使PBT发生炭化热解生成无定形碳类物质,在这一过程中Sb_2O_3的晶型结构没有发生变化。In order to investigate the laser-marking performance and mechanism of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) / antimony oxide (Sb2O3) composites, the PBT / Sb2O3 composites were prepared by blending with PBT as the matrix and Sb2O3 as laser marking additive. PBT / Sb2O3 composites were laser-marked by Nd:YAG laser. The marking quality was evaluated by the visual appearance and colour contrast. In addition, the marking surfaces of composites were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that Sb2O3 can effectively improve the laser marking performance of PBT and the laser-marked composite exhibits best marking quality as the mass fraction of Sb2O3 is 3.0%. No new peaks appeared in XRD spectra of the composites after laser-marking and the Raman spectra illustrates the degree of carbonization of the composites increases after laser-marking. This indicates that the Sb2O3 in the composite can absorb laser energy and heat the localized area, leading to generation of amorphous carbon due to pyrolysis and carbonization of the PBT chains that converts the composites to a much darker color after laser marking. It is also found that the crystal structure of Sb2O3 is not changed after laser-marking.
