摘 要:通过万能试验机、场发射扫描电子显微镜和平板流变仪研究了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-GMA)接枝率对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)/POE-g-GMA共混材料力学性能、微观形态、流动性以及流变性能的影响。通过力学性能测试发现,POE—g—GMA接枝率对共混材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度影响不大,但对缺口冲击强度影响明显。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜测试发现,随着POE-g—GMA接枝率的提高,PBT/POE—g—GMA共混材料的橡胶相的粒径变小,橡胶相分散更均匀。当POE-g-GMA接枝率达到1%时,PBT/POE—g—GMA共混材料的橡胶相粒子间距小于临界粒子间距,材料实现脆韧转变,缺口冲击强度达到490J/m。通过平板流变仪测试发现,PBT/POE—g—GMA共混材料的复数黏度和储能模量随着POE-g-GMA接枝率的增加而增大。当POE—g—GMA接枝率超过1.6%时,共混材料容易产生交联而影响加工使用。综合考虑到流动性与力学性能等因素,PBT/POE-g-GMA共混材料中POE—g-GMA的接枝率在1%~1.2%比较合适。The influences of glycidylmethacrylate grafted polyethylene-octene elastomer (POE-g-GMA)graft ratio on the mechanical properties, micromorphologies, melt flow rates and rheological behaviors of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) / POE- g-GMA blends were researched by the universal testing machine, field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM)and plate rheometer.The research results indicate that POE-g-GMA graft ratio has little effect on the tensile strength and flexural strength of PBT/POE-g-GMA blends but has significant effect on the notched impact strength by universal testing machine.The particle sizes of the rubber phase of PBT / POE-g-GMA blends decrease with the increase of POE-g-GMA graft ratio and the rubber phase is dispersed more evenly by FESEM.When POE-g-GMA graft ratio is 1%, the rubber phase interparticle distance of PBT / POE-g- GMA blends is less than critical interparticle distance and the blends can reach brittle-ductile transition, and then the notched impact strength is 490 J/m.Otherwise, the plate rheometer test results indicate the complex viscosities and storage modulus of the blends increase with POE-g-GMA graft ratio growth.It is easy for the blends to crosslink when POE-g-GMA graft ratio is more than 1.6%, which affect its application.In view of liquidity and mechanical properties, 1.0%-1.2% of POE-g-GMA graft ratio in PBT/POE-g- GMA blends is suitable.
