摘 要:某集团公司第一轧钢厂在热轧HPB235钢线材时,钢坯轧至46 mm时出现贯穿直径且顺轧制方向(纵向)开裂分层缺陷,用宏观和显微分析分析了缺陷的成因。结果表明:在连铸钢坯中产生严重的磷偏析,在钢坯中心区域生成了较宽的铁素体带,在铁素体带上又分布着多条长条状硫化物,正是由于严重的磷元素偏析,出现"鬼线"组织,导致钢坯在热轧到一定尺寸时,在热轧压力下,发生贯穿直径并沿轧制方向的纵向开裂分层。The layered cracking appeared along the rolling direction( longitudinal) and ran through the diameter when the HPB235 steel blank was hot rolled to 46 mm wire rod in first metal rolling factory of one steel making group,and the forming reason of the defect is analyzed by the macro and microstructure analysis. The result shows that the forming reason of the defect is the serious phosphor segregation in the continuous casted steel blank and a wider ferrite band in the central area of steel blank on which distribute multi-piece stripes sulfide impurity. Serious phosphor segregation causes ghost lines structure to lead layered cracking along the rolling direction and throughout diameter when the steel blank is hot rolled to certain diameter under hot rolling pressure.
